On our drive back to Austin following Sunny’s passing Barbara said to me that she wished she knew where her Mom had gone so she could go there and be with her.

This page and the e-mail address below were made to collect memories of Sunny from the people that knew and loved her. What she was like when you met her, how you remember her, a favorite moment from your relationship, a funny story, the way she made you feel, how she talked about her husband, children, and grandchildren, or even just a photo. There is nothing too big or too small if you feel moved to share and feel comfortable doing so.

My hope is to use what has been shared to create a book filled with memories so Barbara, Lanie, Steve, and her grandchildren have a place to be with her.
